The BECS Conference is our annual opportunity to consolidate our learning, grow our networks and share our experience and successes together. The last two years have enabled us to form a strong, efficient team that supports Computacenter and its customers efficiently and effectively across the whole group.

This year, the BECS Conference will be our platform for the next phase of our development and improvement. I need the help of each of you to change engagement into enablement - enhancing the way we collaborate and communicate, and embedding efficient tools and processes in everything we do.

I also need your support to work out how we change gears to accelerate from standardising to optimising - in our own practices and in the services we provide to our customers. Finally, we have the enduring objective to Win; that means winning more, winning more often, winning more effectively and winning together. I will be looking to all of the BECS team to help to define how we can achieve this.

The conference this year will present everyone with the opportunity to consolidate their learning and hear new ideas, but more importantly it will ask for your opinion, your input and your problem solving skills to shape the course of BECS for 2017, 2018 and beyond.
